Always aiming to restock before the weekends for friday and saturday collections.

"Why is everything showing as SOLD OUT?" Sometimes my bakes sell out pretty quickly, I will try and bake more so just keep an eye out for updates by joining my newsletter.

"How do I order?" - I stock the Brownie shop usually between Thursdays and Saturdays depending how crazy my week is with my children. I do try and restock earlier in the week where possible. Message me If you need to check if I will be baking because often I am always baking for Friday and Saturday collections.

"When is the next postal restock" - I am to restock for postals once a month at the moment, its best to join my newsletter so to keep upto date.

"I had some treats in my basket but they vanished when I was filling out the payment details?" - I understand how frustrating this is, shopify (the website provider) doesn't hold in the baskets, so once they are sold they are sold, its fastest finger first. I would recommend creating an account so you can log out as fast as possible.

"Where do I collect from?" - My address is 55 Victoria Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0AR, time frames will be stated on the item listing. Please note I have a dropped curb outside my house you are welcome to park across when collecting only. Please be mindful of neighbours and do not block any drive ways thank you.

"Do you take custom orders?" - Not until further notice sorry.

" How do I order a birthday/celebration cake" - I am no longer accepting any cake orders sorry.

"How do you recommend enjoying the treats?" - I personally love warming them up for 5-10 seconds in the microwave, or warm in the oven, and enjoy with vine farm cream or some yummy icecream.

" Are your Brownies suitable for allergy sufferers?" - Unfortunately I cannot cater for any allergies at the moment. My kitchen is small and I am baking such large quantities of baked goods containing milk, eggs, soya, gluten, nuts and peanuts that I cannot set aside any time to have a totally free from kitchen.

"How should I store my treats?" - Please keep them in an airtight container and consume within 4 days, or wrap individually in wax wraps/clingfilm or equivalent and freeze for 3-6 months. Defrost at room temperature or heat in the microwave as per microwave instructions.
